This round is completely based off the Astrological energies of Aries & Scorpio, especially the special anaretic degree of Aries, which is associated with raising energy and manifestation. 

  • What's included in this program?
    You will recieve 14 different EFT Tapping Sequences and Exercises, you can do them daily for a 14 day period during the eclipses, or you can move through them at your own pace. These guided sequences will all be between 5-13 minutes in length, so they are easy to revisit, rewatch, and perform daily during the eclipse season or after. All 14 modules will drop on April 19th, the day of the first eclipse in Aries.
  • What is EFT?
    EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is a healing modality where you tap lightly on acupressure points, to release trapped energy, emotion, and memories that are holding you back. EFT can help you rewire your brain, create new neural pathways, lessen the effect of limiting beliefs on your brain. It is quite simple to do, and I will guide you through each of the sequences. No experience with EFT is required, but you will love EFT if you like hands on, active forms of healing that you can do yourself. EFT is fun, simple, effective, and can reduce anxiety, frustration, and helps to regulate your nervous system.
  • Can I use this program even after the Eclipses are over?
    Yes!! And I totally recommend it. This is a 14-day guided sequence of EFT that you can use ANYTIME you need to take back your power. This is such a powerful program to have in your toolkit, and you can either repeat the entire sequence again or repeat your favorite videos and exercises (or the ones that really activated you). I will leave suggestions for how to continue investigating the limiting beliefs and ideas illuminated during this program in the modules or at the end of each video in the program.
